oki, da ist das vorgehen dann etwas anders, steht aber auch in dem readme:
bootpfile ist das /dbox2/tftpboot/ppcboot aus der bdox2.rar
NFS ist /dbox2/
und dann NICHT im bootmanager auf "image auslesen" sondern ganz normal "start" drücken
COM auf 9600
und dann resetten mit pfeil-nach-oben festhalten
boot net im Com eintippen
und dann am ende den anweisungen folgen mit
cat /dev/mtd/5 >/image.img
das image ist dann in /dbox2/cdkroot

Habe das Image jetzt in TuxboxFlashtools geöffnet und gespeichert. Hat jetzt die richtige Grösse.
Wollte dann das Image flashern ALEXW1.2 2x - wie immer bei mir - geht nicht

Nene, wenn du einmal im Debug bist, bist du im Debug, ist wie schwanger oder nicht schwanger. Zur Erklärung: Der Debugmode sorgt nur dafür, das der Bootloader auch unsignierte Kernels bootet, was er normalerweise(ohne Debug) nicht tut. Somit hat man 2 Möglichkeiten: 1. Signieren des eigenen Kernels => Geht nicht, da illegal und Privater Schlüssel von BR nicht vorhanden. 2. Debug Mode enablen => Im Chorus Kernel (wenn die Box noch normal läuft, kannst du dir die Umgebungsvariablen anschauen. Dort wirst du eine finden, die sich "Product" nennt. Diese Umgebungsvariable steht im Bootloader, welcher schreibgeschützt ist. Diese Umgebungsvariable soll umgesetzt werden auf "False". Darum muß man den Schreibschutz aufheben, damit man diese Variable umsetzen kann. Dananch: Box ist im Debug Mode und bootet auch unsignierte Kernels.
Soviel zu Erläuterung.
Zu deinem Prob: Du scheinst eine Netzwerk-Problem zu haben, wie unschwer aus den Meldungen zu ersehen ist.
1.) Verbinde Box mit Crossover mit PC
2.) Verbinde Box mit Nullmodemkabel mit PC
3.) Starte Bootmananger
4.) Bootmanager => Image flashen (Unter Utils)
5.) Wähle das Baseimage 1.5 aus (vorher downloaden)
6.) Box in Strom stecken
7.) Meldungen betrachten, sollte nach 1-15 Minuten (hat schon mal so lange gedauert) fertig sein
8.) Wenn fertig: Box vom Strom, Bootmanager aus
9.) Box in Strom
10.) cdk.cramfs per FTP auf Box, Ucode.bin, cam-alpha.bin und aviaxxx.bin per ftp auf box
11.) Enjoy Linux !!!

Also, wie gesagt, ich versuche JETZT ganz normale über Image Flashen zu gehen. Im Display der Box steht:
BMon V1.1 mID 03 und noch weitere Zahlen.
Weiterhin steht kein System und ich habe alle Brücken wieder ausgelötet.
Wenn ich dann auf Image flashen gehe, Alexw 2x V1.5 BASIS, OK bestätige und dann die Box ans Netz nehme, dann kommt:

JAU hatte Recht
HURRRRRA, habe geflasht. NETZWERKPROBLEM, wie JAU schon vermutete. Jetzt wird nach der cdk.cramfs gefragt. Die habe ich per FTP nach /tmp hochgeladen. Und wo bekomme ich die Ucodes her. Hab mir zwar welche aus dem Netz geholt, fur Kabel, was auch OK ist. Alles übertragen.
