Problem loading channels!

Dbox2 has 2 x AMD chips. I Have flashed with different images. They all appear to load. When I look for transponders it finds them all OK , but then doesnt load the channels. I note that the BER is low so OK the SNR is over 600000 but so is the SIG over 60000. Could this be where the problem is? Or is it something completely different?
