debug problem

Hello,Afer putting my box in debug mode and using dbox manager terminal, i Write in chorous 800000 and it replys and goes in to reset mode and the terminal is locked,is this box scrap .the box boots up and goes into h. wilkommen It is a nokia b v 1.0

IF the box is in debug mode now - where is your actual problem?

The box will of course still boot BetaNova if not told to do anything else.

What are you trying to do?

After getting into debugmode, you just need to flash the box.

hi,The box was a virgin box.I used the pin 12 method and put it on 5 bars.I enter icache, i cache on.I enter chorus 800000 ,it replied back and went into reset.

If you have really read the tut's you would have read that the Nokia BMon 1.0 is a very special Box.

It is 99,9% your PC or your Network.

Make sure you:

De-install all ANTIVIRUS and Firewall (Nortons !)

Set Network Card to 10MBit Half Duplex

Then try it again !

after writing in chorus 800000,it replies branching to 0x409b8, then no thing happens,just wondering if there is something wrong with the ppc bootfile,also what ip adress do you use ,i have read that in virgin mode the ip doesn,t matter.Do you set the networkcards ip address to one number less or leave on auto.

The DBox boots via TFTP and does not need a IP address assigned to it as it has not got neutrino or enigma on it.
