Is my Nokia no good

Hi just purchased a Nokia bmon v1 intel x2, and I can't get it to flash.It just says betaresearch 4 blocks load then it restarts.The bootmanager com terminal says :
debug: DDF: calibrating delay loop... debug ddf: 99.4294964175 bogoMIPS
debug: watchdog reset
debug: Bmon v1 mID01

Is there any way to reset this box or shall I throw it away?

Looks like a defective CPU
