nokia dbox2 bootup problem

hi
i have a problem with my nokia dbox2 (2 chips) flashed with nutrino.
the box froze and the remote became unresponsive so i turned the box of by the plug and restarted
the lcd screen lights up with some technical gobblygook (bncn vn1 onc)
tpc 7a 01 gtxid
seven lines worth
and it just stays there
i remember it used to start like that but then the nutrino symbol appeared
so im guessing that the image has been wiped
i am now unable to connect the dbox to my pc (tried connecting it thru the router and also straight into pc but neither of these are recornising it any more)
really appreciate some help/advice

ps hope ive give enough info but as you can guess im not technical at all
