ich habe ebenfalls ein problem ein image auf meine dbox zu spielen. habe meine dbox erst vor kurzem erhalten, darauf war schon ein linux installiert. jedoch war diese version veraltet und da dachte ich mir, ich könnte ja eine neue version draufspielen. gesagt, getan, und nun steht auf dem display: kein system. also muss ich wohl ein falsches image aufgesetzt haben. ich habe ueberall im internet nachgeschaut,ob weitere leute das problem haben. doch die threads waren nicht sehr hilfreich im bezug auf mein problem. nun versuche ich die ganze zeit eine verbindung zu meiner dbox2 zu erhalten. jedoch weiss ich leider nicht, welche IP sie hat (und ich frage mich, ob sie noch eine IP hat, da ich ja das falsche image aufgesetzt habe und alles wahrscheinlich gelöscht wurde, inklusive settings, netzwerkeinstellungen, etc.)

von der DBox 2 via Patchkabel -> Router
Also müsste die dbox 2 von dem DHCP dienst eine IP adresse zugewiesen bekommen, doch wie bekomme ich sie raus?
beim bootmanager steht die ganze zeit:

hauptproblem nehme ich mal an, ist es die dbox2 ins netzwerk zu kriegen. windows einstellungen habe ich schon uebernommen, z.b. dass mit dem halbduplex 10 Mbit etc. ... falls das noetig war. ich bin durch die ganzen threads nicht schlauer geworden und mein problem konnte auch dadurch nicht gelöst werden.
übrigens: habe einen phillips receiver
ich weiss, dass solche fragen in foren lästig sind, weil sie sich immer wieder ähneln. aber ich hoffe, ihr könnt einem anfänger wie mir trotzdem helfen
