DBox hängt sich auf bei freien Digitalen

Hallo,

mein Name ist Rolf und ich komme aus dem Saarland.

Nachdem ich die Forensuche arg strapaziert habe (hoffentlich mit den richtigen Suchworten), möchte ich hier
meine Sorgen losweren.

Ich habe eine DBox2 mit 2x Flash, 32MB, neustes JTG hier aus dem Forum
(Log kommt später; bin nicht auf meinem Rechner - habe aber nur das Log aus dem Bootmanager).

Die Box läuft soweit wunderbar, sie startet mit Kabel Digital.
Sobald ich jedoch auf die freien Kabelkanäle wie z.B. sat1 schalte, bleibt der Bildschirm dunkel und es gibt keine Reaktion
auf die Fernbedienung noch auf den Ausschalter; es hilft nur noch Stromstecker ziehen.
ARD und ZDF funktionieren einwandfrei.

Habe ein IDE-Modul mit RTC eingebaut; das funktioniert ebenfalls top - Testaufnahmen bei Kabeldigitalhome verliefen gut.

Ich habe auch schon verschiedene andere Images ausprobiert, aber da ist es das Gleiche.

Ich möchte morgen Abend "Die Säulen der Erde" aufnehmen, da ich nämlich auf der Arbeit bin.

Die "Freien" Kanäle sind nicht frei, da brauchst du eine Karte. Willkommen beim Digitalen Kabelfernsehen.

Ob Kabel Digital mit der dbox2 funktioniert weiss ich nicht.

ob Ihr's glaubt oder nicht, aber als ich die RTC stromlos gemacht habe (habe mich dunkel an etwas
erinnert, als ich vor dem Kauf nach einem IDE-Interface gegoogelt hatte), funktionieren die
Digital Free (ja, mit Karte - die war aber vorher schon drin :lol: ); die Box läßt sich nun schalten wie vorher.

müsste da nicht ein Treiber für die RTC geladen werden oder so? Ich sehe da nichts im Log.
Jedenfalls funktioniert sie nicht, denn die Uhrzeit wird beim booten nicht gesetzt. Und später blockiert sie offensichtlich den i2c-Bus, was dann dazu führt, dass das CAM nicht funktioniert und die Kiste hängt. Das kann aber evtl. auch an dem fehlenden RTC-Treiber liegen...

habe o.g. Befehl eingegeben und den Jumper der Uhr eingesteckt.
Ich habe st1 als Strat beibehalten; die Box ist nach dem Bootvorgang direkt hängengeblieben.

Schau mal hier RTC#Software

und probier mal ein modprobe ds1307 im Telnet der Box, und schau mal ob es dann im Log eine Ausgabe gibt... So wie es aussieht, wird wieder kein Treiber geladen....

Im übrigen kannst Du die RTC auch über das Menü der Box aktivieren. Dazu Einstellungen -> Treiber und Bootoptionen -> RTC aktivieren auf ein. Dann Einstellungen speichern und einen Neustart der Box über Dbox-Taste -> neu starten ausführen.

Der Treiber und die Datei um die Uhr zu stellen sind im JtG-Image vorhanden.

Der Befehl modprobe ist im JtG-Image nicht drin, da dieser Befehl nur in Images mit Kernel 2.6 eingebaut ist. Bei mir kommt da

Laden kannst Du den Treiber per Telnet mit insmod ds1307.

Allerdings kommt da aber keine Ausgabe bei Telnet zurück. Aber mit lsmod wird der Treiber gelistet.

Jedoch solltest Du auf der seriellen Konsole entsprechende Ausgaben bekommen, wenn Du die Befehle per Telnet eingibst.

Hast Du die RTC überhaupt am I²C-Bus angeschlossen? Siehe:

Diese Anschlüsse sind an der Unterseite des Mainboards der Box zu finden und zwar am Tuner. Deshalb muss dazu die Platine ausgebaut werden, um da ranzukommen.

Die Anschlüsse SDA und SCL müssen entsprechend der Abbildungen angelötet werden.

Falls Deine Box über einen Internetzugang verfügt, würde ich die RTC sowieso weglassen und die Uhrzeit über den Zeitserver time.fu-berlin.de stellen lassen. Hierzu über Einstellungen -> Netzwerk -> Zeitsynchronisation umstellen von DVB auf NTP und als Zeitserver time.fu-berlin.de eintragen. Dazu die Box am Router anschließen und die Router-IP als Gateway und Nameserver in den Netzwerkeinstellungen eintragen. Dann hast Du die genaueste Uhrzeit, die es gibt.

Die Uhr ist nach http://www.dbox2.net/html/nokia-ide.html eingebaut worden; ist auch vom gleichen Händler.
Funktioniert ja auch einwandfrei; nur halt bei den "Freien" nicht.

Hi,

das hat hier nichts mit defektem SEC, SEC-Ram oder RAM zu tun.
Der beschriebene Fehler ist ganz kurios und kommt relativ selten und NUR bei Nokia mit RTC vor.

Kurios deswegen, weil die box NUR bei Digital Free abstürzt oder diesen Fehler macht.
Bei Sky, KD Home und alle anderen verschlüsselten Sneder tritt dieser Fehler nicht auf und die Box sürzt auch nicht ab.

Warum bringt also nur Digital Free die Box zum abstürzen ????
Es scheint fast so als ob bei Digital Free, warum auch immer, die I²C Treiber zu stark belastet werden.
