was geht normalerweise gebrochen COM-terminal mit nokia dbox2?

ich kann nicht kein log in COM haben...
es ist nicht ein Software-Problem

yes, it is.
but i'm 1600 km far from germany and i'm tring to repair my nokia 2xi avia600 sat here.

my problem is that there is no way to comunicate with dbox com, so i can't flash or have a log from it.
something has gone broken in dbox com. i'm sure because i have tried everithing...
i'm asking if someone knows what "usually" goes broken in dbox com,
pheraps the controller: 75lv4737 or something else...
or if someone has had a similar hardware problem with com and how he has solved...

help.

Do you have checked your RS232 cable?
It has to be a null-modem type cable.

Step 2: check the line speed and parity settings.

If you are trying to boot the dbox2. Is there anything visible
on the lcd display?

if you have a problem with the com-port, you could try that:

But normally isnt the com-port the problem, if flashing fails. Maybe you should discribe more exactly what the box does..... (and what not)

well, i use a nullmodem cable,settings in com-port (57600 8-n-1-n) are ok (tried also 9600) dboxbootmanager->9600.

my dbox is: nokia 2xi avia 600 sat.
in LCD display :
BMon v1.2 mID01

and 5 black squares.

when i attach the box to the current on lcd appears debug mode and it hangs,
if i leave box attached to the corrent for 15-20 min, and i give a reset
on LCD appears debug mode like you see up, and after about 4 seconds appears "lade" and then "neutrino" and it rest blocked again.

is it normal i must wait 15 min with box attached to current to make appear "neutrino"?? could it be a power pack problem?

i have tried flashing with the procedure without null modem cable but nothing..
my box problem is that there is no way to comunicate with com port.
i don't know if it is an hardware problem with com port??, or power pack?? or bootloader in flash??

what do you think about??
i need advices.

Be sure, that RX and TX (pins 2 and 3) are crossed. Otherwise it is not a nullmodem cable.

The configuration should be:
2-3
3-2
5-5
The other pins are unused.

well, i have a humax5400, i use the same nullmodem cable to patch it and it works fine;)
