Problem with Bootmanager

Hallo,
When I'm connecting with my db2 for send new image I can fin the information like down:
TFTP> Non-BootP TFTP-transfer requested "D\Program Files\tftpboot\kernel-cdk"
TFTP> Couldn't initiate TFTP-transfer! (possibly file not found)
Where is the problem?
