Hi
I have a silver sagem dbox2 which is not in debug mode.
Does anyone know which method I should use to get it into debug mode.
Sorry for being a newbie but I dont really want to kill my new dbox
Many thanks !

First of all you need to find out what flash chips it has inside, if it has intels or amd's. You also need to know whether it has 1 or 2 of these flash chips inside.
You can do this by opening up the box or trying to view through the vent holes (possibly using a torch).
Do not try and debug without reading up on as much info as you can before doing this, and make yourself familiar with the flash reset and write protect points on your particular board.
There is a method by MHC which is the one I use.
I hope this helps with out me having to spoon feed you.
Regards.
Dean.
