The DBOX is officially only selled by "premiere". The only way is to by a dbox via e.g. ebay from private
An alternate where to buy a dreambox but it's mor expensive

Hi

I'm a very very newbie to all this. I bought a dbox (premiere) and it's working a treat on ntl. I cannot however get the epg to work and I have absolutely no idea where to start. My box came "ready fixed" so all I did was plug it in and away we go.

If you know how to get this working, can you please explain in idiots language?
