why can I only recive on terrestrial channels on my dbox2

All the info on whats on next is on the bottom of the screen but I dont have a picture.
I copied the files from my friends dbox2 installed them on mine, now he the same problem.
The files I coppied are the 4 xml files, cable.xml, scanconf, services, and bouquets. Has anyone else had this problem.

has your friend exactly the same dbox2 type?

Check for ucodes versions and/or post a bootlog (see faq for this) for more information.
