CANT PICK UP ANY CHANNELS AFTER TRANSPONDER SCAN ??

im having trouble scanning dbox searching TW6952 , im getting error message can find any transponders try another satalite cable provider , can someone please help , ive been at this for 6 hours today

The error message is **All known transponders have been tried, but no lock was possible , Verify antenna-cable-setup or try another satelite/network

In the Servicescan-Menu there is a menuitem called cable provider there you should switch on cable bruteforce. Bouquet= create new, scan service = for all services. Fast Scan= off, the rest don't mind on a cable box. Then red button and then start scanning .
