repairing tuner nokia 2 x intel. not bfg or 10 ohm resister

Hello

I have a nokia dbox2, but the tuner does not work. I have did a little research and have found that the bfg, 10 ohm resister and the 5.6 ohm resister near the input go faulty. I have replaced these components from a working tuner and experimented but could not get tit to work.

What else can be wrong with the tuner? are there any common faults?
