services.xml contains the channels
bouquet.xml contains the order of the channels

I delit services.xml and bouquet.xml but channels stil in the box
BTW my box is Sagem dbox2 dvb-c

After changings at services.xml+bouquets.xml , it's needed to "reload channel lists" under "Service".
I think it's better, if you use "create new" (Option Bouquets) with "Servicescan".

Is the cables.xml as you posted it i.e. no other entrys/providers ?

If yes, you need to make sure that the scan.conf includes my provider as providername.

Make sure when you change anything in the scan.conf that you unplug the power of the box or it get's overwritten with the neutrino default.
