DBox2 - kein Empfang, aber Satfind zeigt was an?

Moin!

Meine Nokia DBox2 2xI Sat-tuner hat scheinbar keinen Empfang mehr.
Anfangs blieb die Box einfach hängen, Bild lief noch, Ton ok, aber reagierte nicht mehr auf Fernbedienung, manchmal nach 15 Minuten, mal nach einigen Stunden. Interessanterweise konnte ich per Webinterface den Kanal wechseln und den Stream am Rechner gucken. Hab dann erstmal auf thermische Probleme getippt und nen 12cm Lüfter drauf gepackt. Hat leider nichts geändert.
Seit gestern bekommt ich nun überall die Meldung das der 'Kanal (im Moment) nicht verfügbar' ist. Der Satfind zeigt aber nen Ber von 0-300 an, SNR und SIG liegen so um die 40000. Es wird keine Kennung angezeigt.
Hab mal ein neues Image geflashed aber keine Änderung.

Gemessen hab ich am LNB Anschluss 13 und 18V, je nach Polarisierung.
Die Spannungen am Tuner hab ich auch schon gemessen, Pin 1 13/18, Pin 3&7 12V, Pin 8 33V, Pin 9&13 5V und Pin 16 3,3V.
Ich bin der Meinung das ich bei meinem ersten Messvorgang an Pin 7 0 Volt gemessen hab, kann aber auch nen Messfehler meinerseits gewesen sein.

Hat jemand ne Idee woran es liegen könnte?

Zur Diagnose hab ich nur nen Multimeter zur verfügung.

Ohne ein Log kann man nichtmal schlecht raten, was es sein könnte.

Mit Log meinste den Kram den die Box über die rs232 beim Booten ausspuckt? Das kann ich posten.

Gibts eigentlich irgendnen Diagnose Plugin was man installieren kann?

Der SEC is doch quasi das CAM Modul, oder? Wenn der geflitzt is hat das auswirkungen auf FTA? Oder schleift die Box den TS generell durch den SEC?

Der TS läuft immer durch den SEC. Da ist wohl wirklich entweder ist der SEC und/oder dessen RAMs defekt.

Na hossa, und da der SEC so ein spezialchip von BR ist dürfte es günstiger sein ne neue Box zu kaufen, falls es nicht an den Speicherchips oder nem Peripheriebauteil des SEC liegt. Mal gucken ob sich da noch was machen lässt.

Hi,
fü die Galaxis Easy World, die auch diesen chip verwendet, gibt es eine Anleitung, wie man ihn umgehen kann. Der wird einfach aus dem Datenstrom genommen und durch Brücken ersetzt.... mal nach "galaxis beta chip umgehung" googeln

Ob das so in der dBox auch möglich ist, weiss ich natürlich nicht.

Hab nun auch das Problem, dass keine Kanäle mehr gefunden werden!
Anfangs blieben die Kanäle erst nach einiger Zeit hängen!
Mittlerweile bekome ich nach Start keine Kanäle mehr!

Satfind ist OK:

Nein keine Angst, das ist kein Hardware defekt schaut euch folgende Beiträge an:

Es liegt an euerm LNB. Habe das selbe Problem bei meinen Eltern. Bei mir zu Hause läuft die Box einwandfrei. Bei meinen Eltern kommt "Kanal nicht verfügbar" mit den selben Boxen (Sagem, Philipps) getestet. Eine Nokia Box habe ich leider nicht, sollte aber das selbe Problem haben.

Da liegt sehr wohl ein Fehler vor (an der Box von admiral00).

Zum einen sind sie uCodes nicht OK:

avia_av_core.c: avia_av_firmware_read: Firmware wrong size '/var/tuxbox/ucodes/a
via600.ux'.

...

Wenn die cam_alpha.bin doch OK ist, hat die Box sogar einen HW-Defekt.

Ucode über "Service" - "uCodes überprüfen" mal verifizieren, ggf. neu aufspielen.

Also beim Admiral00 sind ist es die UCODES (zumindest für den AVIA), bzw. der AVIA selbst wegen den Meldungen:

"[camd] CA_SEND_MSG: Remote I/O error" kann immer 2 Ursachen haben:

1. kaputte cam-alpha.bin
2. Hardwaredefekt

Punkt 1 ist per Überprüfung der uCodes im Servicemenü ausschließbar, dann bleibt nur Punkt 2.

Ich weiß ja nicht, aus welcher Quelle Deine uCodes stammen, aber die Versionen sind teils uralt (cam-alpha), teils bin ich mir nicht sicher, ob die überhaupt (anständig) funktionieren auf der dbox-2 (ucode_001A).

Auf jeden Fall bleibt der Fehler "[camd] CA_SEND_MSG: Remote I/O error", was auf einen Defekt am Descrambler-SRAM oder dem Descrambler (SEC) selber hindeutet.

Hab jetzt mal mit einer Druckluft aus der Dose auf den SEC und SRAM geblasen!
Funktioniert aufeinmal!
Bin gespannt wie lange das anhält!
