Direct Recording loss of sound problem

On most of the new images I have tried, when I use Direct Recording with playback disabled, the audio keeps playing when the screen goes blank, and the audio isn't recorded to the TS file on my HD, only video. It works fine if I leave playback enabled, or if I use Server mode with DboxWinServer.

This seems to be a relatively new problem, as it doesn't happen on any of the older images I have tried, and I wondered if it might somehow be related to the new menu for selecting which audio tracks to record.

Has anyone else encountered this problem or have a suggestion for a fix or workaround?

Switch the SPTS-Fix AVIA 500 to off.

Thanks, that does sound like the sort of thing that might just work, but unfortunately my current image doesn't have that option.

You can use the Jack-the-Grabber-Teamimage Version 2.2. There it is switchable. After Flashing the Complete-Image you can flash, if you want, the actual snapshot from 29.08.2006. But at first you have to register at the Jack-the-Grabber-Board, because its only downloadable for registered and logged in users.
