Bleibt wie zuvor beim formatieren hängen. Man hört anfangs auch, dass er was auf der Platte macht, aber leider hörts dann schnell auf.

Häng die Platte mal an den PC und lösche alle Partionen, da sind jetzt, so wie es aussieht 4 Partionen drauf. Vielleicht macht das Ärger. Dann wieder in Box und nochmal das Script ausführen.

Jens vom JTG Forum meinte IF defekt oder Box. Ich glaub ihm das auch und wollte es hier nur mal bestätigt wissen. Modemkabel steckt definitiv richtig. Kontakte schon gesäubert etc. Übrigens bei 2 Philipsboxen getestet. Beide diesselbe Meldung im Log.

Was kann die Ursache sein ? Die 2,5er-HD wird in der WL-HDD einwandfrei erkannt. Das IF wurde den Vorgaben entsprechend eingebaut. Den Nokia-Stecker hab ich schon gereinigt und mit Kontaktspray behandelt. Meine Box ist eine Nokia Kabel Avia 500 2x

Vermutlich steckt das Modemkabel falsch. Der Modemstecker muß genau mittig sitzen.

Mess mal das Kabel durch, auf Durchgang prüfen. Hat die Platte ihre Spannungsversorgung?

Laut dem Bootlog wird das Interface erkannt, das sieht so aus wie bei meiner Box ich hab auch eine Nokia 500 Kabel, aber findet die Platte nicht.

Habe das IF am Mo 11.9 bekommen.
Einbau lief problemlos und auch Skripte liefen problemlos durch.
Die ersten Testaufnahmen laufen auch gut bis auf ARD , das ARD Problem was viele hier haben habe ich auch (ist für mich aber ersteinmal Nebensache).

Zur Hardware
Nokia Avia 600 Sat , Seagate SATA 160GB 7200.9 3.5" In Wechselrahmen
habe ein IDE-Rundkabel nach Außen geführt und mit IDE-SATA adapter den Wechselrahmen angeschlossen. Adapter (http://www.lycom.com.tw/ST106.htm)
Netzteil von Gurgel
Alles zusammen an eine vorhandene Master/Slave Steckdose.

Hallo zusammen,

der Einbau verlief absolut problemlos - anscheinend zu problemlos. Die Box fährt nicht mehr hoch und meldet "kein System" im Display. Bootlog habe ich angefügt.

Ich würde mich freuen wenn das Log auf das Problem schliessen lässt, es sieht für meine Begriffe ziemlich kurz aus:

Vom Einbau her find ichs genial, alles in der Box, kein weiteres Kabel nach draußen usw..

Mir geht es eher um die Sicherheit - "könnte" da was passieren? Vor allem das Relais macht mich irre: Überall, auch in der Beschreibung des Bausatzes steht

Hi Leute

Will auch eine kleine Erfolgsmeldung vermelden. IF letzte Woche in meine Sagem Kablebox eingebaut samt Schaltregler von Gorcon und alter Toshi 2,5" Platte und aktuellem JtG Snap vom 17.09. Einrichten der Platte lief beim ersten Anlauf durch, Pfade für die Aufnahme angepasst und erste Timeraufnahme von Premiere (SkyCaptain-the world of tomorrow) inkl. AC3 gestartet. Wiedergabe lief astrein samt AC3 Ton. Kein einziges Puffern, keine Bildaussetzter. Ich hatte nur dreimal für den Bruchteil einer Sekunde Tonaussetzter, was ich aber schon vom NAS kenne. Finde ich recht erstaunlich, da ich als Linux DAU keinerlei Konfigurationen geändert habe und alles mit der Standardkonfig läuft. ARD und ZDF interessiert mich zum Glück recht wenig, da ich die lieber auf meinem HD Rekorder aufnehme. Nur die alte Toshi Platte muss weg. Das Ding hört sich an, wie ne Kiste voller Kieselsteine. Hatte die halt gerade noch rumzuliegen.

HAllo an alle!
1. Superdankeschön an Gurgel und alle, die das Interface möglich gemacht haben!
2. Ich habe beim Übertragen von einer dbox mit Festplatte auf eine zweite dbox mit Festplatte (direkt per Netzwerkkabel verbunden) per ftpfs-mount mal eine 50MB-Datei kopiert, das dauerte ca. 90 Sekunden. Ist da noch was an Geschwindigkeit herauszuholen? Wenn ja, wie? Oder ist das ne normale Geschwindigkeit?
3. Seltsame Beobachtungen: An meiner Sagem läuft die alte 20GB/2,5" besser als an der Nokia. An der Nokia gab es NUR in der ARD (mit Standardtonspur!) einige Ruckler. Die Ruckler gingen fast ganz weg, nachdem ich die box zwei-dreimal in den Deep-Standby gesetzt habe und dann jeweils per Fernbedienung wieder aufgeweckt habe! Seltsam, aber box und Interface laufen jetzt besser (quasi keine Ruckler mehr, habe ich über mehrere Stunden getestet). Seltsam, wenn Probleme, dann auch NUR bei der Kombination ARD + Nokia + 2,5"-Platte, ALLES ANDERE läuft einwandfrei.
Vielleicht fällt Euch ja was dazu ein.
Wäre gespannt auf Vergleichswerte/Verbesserungsvorschläge zu meinem Punkt 2.

Ja, es funktioniert auch mit 2,5" Platten.

Das Relais mag für 250V ausgelegt sein (was aber nicht reicht um damit Netzspannung zu schalten) aber die Platine selbst ist nur für max. 30V ausgelegt.

Ich hab die Variante von MPC823 für meine Sagem genommen. Es funktioniert auch bei mir einwandfrei!
In der Bedienungsanleitung wird auch geschrieben, dass man es im Prinzip auch für 230V benutzen kann, nur müssen dann noch entsprechene Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (Sicherung etc.) eingehalten werden.

Bei mir verläuft es nicht so problemlos: Nachdem ich heute das zweite Interface erhalten habe ( bei dem ersten war die Firmware defekt ) startet die Box nicht mehr. Fällt Euch was zum Bootlog ein... würde mich freuen. Vielen Dank und viele Grüsse
