Scan problems

I've got a Dbox2 sagem with neutrino and weltkey but I can't find any satellite channels when I perform a scan either manual or not.
What must I do?
I'm using it on satellite not cable.

Edit the message just to say that I used the yade enigma and although the search level is high the receiver can't find any channel.

What Satellite are you pointing it to ?
Are you sure the Dish is OK
