Starter help - Wireless

Hi, I've setup my dbox and it works. Can someone teach me in detail please on how to connect it to my pc via wireless. I have a ethernet cable.

I've used the cable to connect my wireless router and dbox. I've connected to my network.

my wireless connection status:
ip address:192.168.1.100
subnet mask:255.255.255.0
default gateway:192.168.1.1

on the box:
DHCP - On
Broadcast - 0.0.0.255
subnet mask - 255.255.255.0
DNS Server 192.168.254.2

Please guide me. Thank you guys!

Normally I would never use DHCP as it had some issues on the Dbox a while ago..

The Gateway is the IP of your router
The DNS/Nameserver is the IP of your router

The IP of the Box is normally in the range of the IP of your router

For example

Dbox 192.168.1.101
Wireless PC 192.168.1.100

so how do i like get it all working?

No need to be rude! I'm totally new to this and your expecting me to know it all. What do you think, I havnt tried google? IT'S ALL IN GERMAN IF YOU HAVNT REALISED!

I close this now as you might have realised that the Dbox actually was developed for the German Market and all the Lnux Linux guys are German....

So no need for you trying to be clever too

There is enough Info for you out there using google in English !!
