Blue pixel distortion

I have a strange blue pixel distortion coming from my dbox. It is not related to the scart leads or any other connected equipment and it appears regardless of the TV connected. It does not appear when streaming movies to the dbox nor does it appear when the affected part of the screen is all one colour.

I attach a photo to show what I mean.

Sorry - meant to ask if anyone had any ideas how to get rid of it!!
