Help Nokia DBox all channels gone

i boght my box off someone about 12 months ago and today all of the channels have been lost/deleted. It says:

no channels were found please execute a scan dbox-key->service

Any ideas what this means and can I fix it. I don't really know anything about the dbox apart from it was last flashed in september 06. The dbox has team commano verne when it turns on and a picture of a robot normally. and now it just brings up the error after the robot.
