Probleme bei Aufnahme unter XFS und formatieren von EXT2

Hallo, letztes Wochenende hab ich das IDE Interface in meine Nokia Box (Avia 500) eingebaut. Nach einer Woche tüfteln bin ich nun am Ende mit meinem Latein und hoffe hier kann mir jemand weiterhelfen. Die Schnittstellen hab ich inzwischen X mal kontrolliert.
Eingebaut hab ich eine 2,5“ Samsung HM120JC, diese wird auch erkannt, mounten kann ich sie aber nur mit XFS. Bei EXT2 und EXT3 bleibt die Box hängen.
Unter XFS kann ich zwar Aufnehmen, aber nach wenigen Minuten kommt die Meldung „Aufnahme wurde abgebrochen, da die Daten nicht schnell genug geschrieben werden konnten“. Das Abspielen ist auch eine Katastrophe, alle paar Sekunden wird gepuffert - Sekunden lang.
Zum testen hab ich mal eine alte Aufnahme von Computer auf die D-Box kopiert. Dabei hat mich schon verwundert das das kopieren länger gedauert hat als die eigentliche Aufnahme. Beim Abspielen wurde dann genauso viel gepuffert wie bei einer direkten Aufnahme auf die Platte.

Um mögliche Fehlerquellen einzugrenzen hab ich nun das IDE Kabel ausgetauscht, was leider keine Besserung brachte. Zum testen der Festplatte und des 2,5“ Adapters hab ich sie in meinen Rechner eingebaut, formatiert und ein Betriebssystem aufgespielt - hat einwandfrei funktioniert.
Zu guter letzt dachte ich mir, kontrollier mal die Spannung die an der Festplatte über den Spannungsregler ankommt. Die Platte bekommt konstant ihre 5 Volt.
Das dürfte alles als Fehlerquelle herausfallen. Viel bleibt jetzt ja eigentlich nicht mehr über und mein Verdacht fällt immer mehr auf das Interface.
Was meinen denn die erfahrenen Interface Nutzer? Was könnte ich noch ausprobieren?

wenn du die Möglochkeit hast, mess mal das Modemportkabel durch, auch auf Kurzschlüsse.
Anonsten kanns auch sein, dass die Box nen Problem hat.

Das Modemkabel ist in Ordnung. Habs durchgemessen, die Verbindungen sind bestens, nen Kuzschluß gibt’s auch nicht.
Hab die Schnittstellen (Modemport & Interface Port) jetzt noch mit Kontaktspray bearbeitet, aber das Ergebnis blieb unverändert.
Was für mich völlig unverständlich ist, wieso ich die Festplatte auf XFS ohne Probleme formatiert bekomme und bei EXT2 und EXT3 immer wieder das folgende Fehlerbild auftritt!?
