Please HELP Channel problem.

Hi to all and sorry to speak english.

I hope you can help me with my problem.

I recently bought a DBOX2 NOKIA AVIA600 and All works fine with exeption the channels.

I tryed to scan and although the sat is in LOCK the result is 0 no channels.
I tryed manual scan and still the same.
I changed the LNB and still the same.
I changed the possition of the receiver because i thought maybe magnetic interference still the same.

At the same time I have a triple dragon receiver and the antenna works fine no proble. so there is problem with my dish and LNB.

In the end I thought it's the dbox2 tuner and I went to a friends place who has a dish( 0.80.....I have 1.40 with motor..........)
The receiver scaned all channels with no problem.

So there is no tuner problem.

I am just about to get crazy I will end up in a mad house so PLEASE can you tell me what is the problem??

Are you having a Diseqc switch?

If so, check the satellite setup for proper diseqc settings.
(but in rare cases the dbox2 will not work with some switches 8/).

I dont have a diseqc.

I have a 1.80 dish with motor.

Did you try Enigma (motor support)?

I tryed an enigma image HITMAN and YETI and the same problem was there.

We do not like to see illegal images here (nor do we support problems with these images).


if everything fails please provide a bootlog and the log durching scanning (please only the essential part)
