Channel Not Available!?!?

I have a nokia dbox with neutrino on it and the pacino v1.0 image. Most of the channels are there and work fine but for some reason sky movies 5-9 (inlcusive) and sky sports 3 bring up the error "channel not available". I have caried out a service scan and the problem remains.

Any suggestions of how to fix this?

As long as the FTA Stations work (BBC etc) the Box is fine !
