Problem beim Flashen

Hallo, vielleicht kann mir ja jemand bei meinem Problem weiterhelfen.
Ich habe eine Nokia dbox 2 Kabel und beim Versuch ein Image in die Box zu flashen folgendes Problem:

Das wiederholt sich dann noch einige Male. Ich erspar mir mal den Rest zu posten. Hab früher X Satboxen geflasht und jetzt seit 2 Jahren etwa das erste Mal wieder versucht eine Box zu flashen aber hänge seit 2 Tagen jetzt an diesem Problem fest. Habe es an 2 Rechnern versucht. Laptop mit 10 Mbit Halfduplex festeingestellt und Crossoverkabel und PC mit der selbigen Einstellung aber dann über den Router mit nem normalen Netzwerkkabel. Serielle Schnittstelle ist auch auf 57600 Bps eingestellt, IP ist fest vergeben. Die Probleme treten sowohl beim flashen mit Hallenberg, als auch mit dBoxBootmanager auf. So langsam weiss ich nicht mehr weiter und hoffe auf diesem Wege jemanden zu finden der mir weiterhelfen kann.
Ach ja, in der Zeile "1-3 wählen" steht ganz kurz 1 drin und dann 0.

Hi,
ich versuch es mal.
Beim Hallenberg ist auf der rechten Seite doch dieser NFS Server.
Ist dieser Gestartet? Bei mir war es mal so. Hab ich vergessen, den zu starten, dann kam des gleiche. Box aus, Server anschmeißen, Box wieder an, und es hat funktioniert. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, mal Sämtliche Sicherheitsmaßnahmen am PC ausmachen. Firewall, Virenscanner,... was man halt alles nicht braucht, wenn man Flashen will.
