Flash bleibt hängen ohne Fehlermeldung

Hallo,
ich habe jetzt ein grösseres Problem, wo mir die Suche nicht weiterhilft!
Ich hab vor einiger Zeit den Gedanken bekommen meine 2 D-Boxen mal von ihrem uraltimage zu befreien.
Der Bootmanager sagte bei beiden Flash erfolgreich, aber die Nokia Box bootet seit dem nicht mehr, die Phillips geht absolut problemlos.
Die Nokia zeigt 5 Balken und viele Zeichen an, aber ich bekomme keinen Zugriff mehr.
Der Flashingassistent bleibt bei folgender Anzeige hängen und nichts geht weiter.
Zum Flashen nutze ich einen Laptop mit Pentium4 ohne HT und Crossoverkabel.
Getestet wurde auch mit Switch zwischen Box und Rechner, dort zeigt jedoch nicht mal die Status LED das ein Gerät angeschlossen ist.
Virenscanner ist deinstalliert und Win Firewall ist aus.
Zugriff auf die Phillips bekomm ich auch, also sollte es ja auch mit der Nokia gehen.
Flashen nur über Seriell geht, gestern wurde wieder das Original BR Image aufgespielt, Fehlercode im Display UD0
Ich weiß nicht mehr weiter.

Läuft irgendeine Firewall? Wenn ja, abschalten. Symantec Software deinstallieren, Zonealarm auch.

WIN Firewall ist aus, Kaspersky wurde deinstalliert.
Bei der 2. Box klappt ja auch alles ohne Probleme.

Edit:
Mich verwundert, bei "normalem" Start der Box bootet sie nicht, bleibt bei 5 Balken im System hängen (siehe Log1). starte ich die Box mit Pfeil hoch und gebe im Promt "Boot Flash" ein bootet sie weiter, bleibt aber mit "kein System..." hängen. Da jedoch das kein System nur mit Pfeil hoch kommt, bin ich ratlos!!
