Philips dBox - Kanal nicht verfügbar - LNBK?

Hallo,

nach langer Zeit ohne Probleme mit der dBox, habe ich seit gestern das Problem, dass die Philips dBox immer "Kanal nicht verfügbar" anzeigt (Kanalnamen in Klammern). Ein kompletter Suchlauf wird nach kurzer Zeit mit "erfolgreich" beendet, was jedoch so nicht stimmt.

Anfänglich trat das Problem bei einem Kanalwechsel auf und war laut Aussage des "Nutzers" wieder verschwunden, wenn die dBox etwas länger aus war.

Inzwischen ist das Problem m.E. dauerhaft. Der Satfinder zeigt eine hohe BER und niedrige Signalstärke / SNR sowie abwechselnd Fragezeichen und NO SIGNAL.

Am LNB-Ausgang (ohne SAT-Kabel) liegen 18,6V bzw. 13,5V an - 22kHz kann ich mangels Messgerät nicht messen (evtl. mit einem Satfinder??). Beim Durchschleifen des SAT-Signals (2. dBox-Buchse) funktioniert der dahinterliegende Receiver.

Ab und an stelle ich jedoch fest, dass die Uhrzeit ab und zu gestellt wird?!

Da das Image bisher immer problemlos lief und keine Änderungen vorgenommen wurden sowie selbst ein 2. Images nicht funktioniert, bin ich mit meinem Latein am Ende. Evtl. doch der LNBK, obwohl die Spannungen anliegen?

würd' ich als erstes mal ausschalten.
HWS führt gerne mal zu solchen Fehlern.
Ansonsten ist das LOG total unauffällig.
Wenn der LNB/LNC als Ursache ausgeschlossen werden kann ...

HW-Sections habe ich inzwischen auch ausgeschalten (lag am neuen Image, um den Fehler auch dort zu prüfen). An der SAT-Anlage liegt es übrigens auch nicht - alle anderen Receiver (2. dBox, VDR) funktionieren ohne Probleme.

Kann mir jemand ggf. seriöse Reparaturshops empfehlen, oder sollte das jeder Fernsehtechniker können?

erstmal würde ich Netzteil prüfen, liegen alle Spannungen an, besonders am Tuner

Sind im Vergleich zu Deinen Werten also eigentlich in Ordnung :gruebel:
