Box bleibt sporadisch beim Booten hängen

Hallo.

Einer meiner Boxen (Nokia Kabel) ist in den letzten Wochen zweimal beim Booten hängen geblieben. Im Display standen nur die cryptischen Debug-Informationen, und sie reagierte auf keinerlei Kommandos. Lediglich das Ziehen des Netzsteckers führte dazu, dass sie sich normal verhielt.

Woran könnte das liegen?
Ist das ein Hardware-Defekt?
Bisher hat diese Box lange Zeit völlig problemlos funktioniert.

Das mit dem Bootlog ist natürlich so eine Sache, wenn das Problem nur alle drei Wochen mal sporadisch auftritt und die Box dann gar nicht erst bootet, weil sie vorher hängenbleibt.
Welche Hardware-Komponenten könnten denn theoretisch in diesem Fall betroffen sein?
