Flashen geht trotz DebugMode nicht mehr

hallo,
ich hab folgendes problem:

habe bei meiner box schon x mal ein neues image geflasht und es hat immer wunderbar funktioniert.

jetzt habe ich wieder mal betanova geflasht und ein software update gemacht.
wenn ich jetzt wieder versuche ein anderes image zu flashen kommt folgende meldung:
