Hilfe ich komme nicht mehr weiter

ich weiss nicht mehr weiter, versuche seit 2 Tagen meine Box neu zu flaschen, aber nichts geht.
Habe BN wieder draufgemacht, wegen Premiere, wollte jetzt wieder Neutrino.
