Tuxtxt 1.78 and tuxtxt.conf

Hi,

I would like to know where to put the file to work with Tuxtxt so I can set for example a full transparency for the text...

in "var/tuxbox/config" or "var/tuxtxt" ?

I use a self compiled Image (08.12.04) based on kernel 1.07.4 for the DM7000S.

I already tried to set the transparency, but without success...

Any help would be appreciated

The file should already be present in the images as /var/tuxbox/config/tuxtxt/tuxtxt.conf, if CONFIGDIR is the same in the dreambox software.

dbluelle has renamed it to tuxtxt2.conf in his binaries (to avoid confusion with the old binary format), but this has not yet found its way to CVS.

For Nokia dboxes the setting OverlayTransparency is ignored and set to 0xFFFF, but this doesn't affect dreamboxes.

And we do have fun also with our cheap dboxes

Well, problem resolved

"tuxtxt2.conf" in directory "var/tuxbox/config/tuxtxt"

Now Tuxtxt is like I wanted it... and should be delivered

So we both are pleased with our boxes
