Maybe it should be a good idea to have a list of subpages listed that a loaded into the memory. This helps with "browsing" through sub-pages. On my TV this is implemented with an extra line above all teletekst lines. Below an example to clarify what I mean:

With left and right you can browse through te subpages now present in memory en the one you see currently is highlited.

I also saw this in some VT decoders, but I don't see a real benefit in that: you can browse through the subpages fastly with left/right, and usually the present ones are continuous, so you can see what's there.
It's a gimmick, maybe helpful if not all pages are cached, but in my eyes not worth trading the space for smaller characters.

I've made a new version where you can see the current page and subpage in the topleft Corner (where usually "TuxTxt" is written)
I think that's a good help for browsing subpages.
