Philips Dbox2 Debug Enable, Problem.... :(

Hallo, hab mich gerade mal rangewagt, ne jungfreuliche Philips Dbox2 in den Debug Modus zu bringen. Serielles Kabel angeschlossen, angemacht, reset, flast überbrückt, icache eingegeben ("icache is on" bekommen), dann setenv product? 0 eingegeben und die box resettet, nun kommt auch das Debug Menü mit den Angaben und unten steht Lade.

Hab nun probiert Linux zu flashen, geht nicht... Wenn ich Netzwerkkabel anschließe zeigt der Hub sowieso keine Verbindung (netzwerkkabel ist ok, hab ich getestet)
Nur mit seriellen Kabel mit dem Dbox Bootmanager hab ich dann Dbox flashen probiert, die Log schaut dann so aus:

anscheinend lags am Router, hab jetzt in nen Hub gesteckt, der zwar auch am Router hängt, aber damit gings, muss man nicht verstehen ...
