tuner voltage problem

hi there hope someone can help

box has dodgy tuner or volte want to rule out voltage first

acording to dboxhardware.de pin 8 should have 33v however my box is reading as 22v would this be the problem?? measured at pin 8 of tuner also at ds10 and rf57 any ideas how to get this voltage to 33v?

Looks like some defective part inside the powersupply. I'd exchange DS08 - DS11 as a first try (without knowing the PSU it's a gambling game anyway...)

great just got home from work and replaced the ds 8-10 but shorted the ds9 when using voltmeter now component on the box is ticking anyone got any ideas i.e what components normally tick or a schematic or picture of nokia cable power supply area with correct voltages

any help would be great or ill have to throw this box on the scrap heap!
