"waiting for time" message

I have bought dbox-2 but it is not in tune and it appears the following message: waiting for time.
The signal in the antenna plug is correct because I have verified it with another dbox-2

Back up the image from the known working box and flash it to the box with the waiting for time message. If it doesnt work then as PT-1 says, maybe a faulty tuner or even a faulty SEC chip.

you are right, because I have tried to be in tune and put again the image without success.
Do you Know where I can obtain a new tuner.
