My Dbox is Freezing - Help!!

I bought a Sagem Dbox2 several months ago. I was able to get all channels. It worked fine until recently when it began freezing. Now it freezes solid after several minutes.
I'm not very technology minded so any idiot guide instructions on how to repair this would be really helpful.
