Picture Quality and /sbin files avia.conf and N.KabelTreiber

Hi Guys,

Can someone please advise me what, if any, role some of the files in /sbin on a Nokia (2xI, Avia 500) play in Picture Quality ?

particularly:

streampes, streamsec. streamts and udpstreampes.

Secondly, are there optimum avia.conf settings for this box ?

and lastly, what role does the Nokia KabelTreiber (driver ?) play in picture quality and what happens if its used on a non-Nokia or a SAT box ?
