sagem 1x signal ok but no channel found

plz help
i have a sagem 1x with enigma (ihave already tryed neutrino version but the same probleme)
the signal is ok SNR83% SIG 47-52% BER0% but in scanning there are no channel found .
i have test the voltage in power there all ok in tunner there are all ok 13/18v 5v 25v ....etc ihave take the voltage from "faq of dbox2"

this is a sagem sat with avia600 1xintel .
the dish is pointed exactely i have tested it with another box.

Think you get that behaviour if you have replaced/upgraded your operating system on the dbox2 and haven't uploaded your ucodes files afterwards.
