HDD wird nicht erkannt

Hallo,

Hab das Interface von Hallenberg eingebaut aber die Platte wird nicht erkannt. Ich hoffe hier kann mir jemad einen Tip gegen wie ich die Festplatte doch noch zum laufen bekomme.

Diese Fehlermeldung habe ich bis jetzt noch nie gesehen, da müsste sich Gurgel mal dazu äussern.

Logge Dich mal im Kundenbereich von http://www.hallenberg.com ein und poste dort unter RMA-Formular Dein Bootlog.

Mögliche Ursachen für diesen Fehler sind:

- kein richtiger Kontakt zum Ramport (manchmal auch Fehler Walking bit test failed)
- Kontakte am Stecker teilweise gebrückt
- Firmware fehlerhaft (eher unwahrscheinlich)

Hallo,

Danke für die Rückmedungen. Log habe ich bei Hallenberg unter RMA-Nummer 500183 gepostet. Festplatte steht auf Master. Daran kanns nicht liegen. Was nun? Hat einer noch eine Idee?

das RMA-Formular ist nur dafür da, um Retourensendungen zu handeln, nicht für Anfragen.
Das Problem kann unter Umständen auch die CPU der dbox sein, ein Test in einer 2. Box wäre schon sinnvoll. Ich kann ansonsten nur anbieten, das Interface hier noch einmal zu testen. Dazu dann bitte unter der RMA-Nummer, an die angegebene Adresse, zurückschicken.
