[BUG] controld.cpp doppelte Oder-Abfrage

Mir ist in controld.cpp Zeile 467 eine doppelte Abfrage aufgefallen.

Es kann sich aber auch um ein Typo handeln, dann müsste es so aussehen.

Da sollte mal einer mit draufschauen, der sich besser mit controld auskennt.

Das ist ein Typo. In video_setup.cpp wird in Zeile 147 auch auf RGB, VBS und CVBS getestet.
