Flash auslesen

Hallo möchte mein Flash auslesen, jedoch komme ich zu keinem Ergebniss ausser ganz vielen NOCHMALS ! Woran könnte das liegen bin ordnungsgemäß im Debug hier mal ein COM-Log danke für eure Hilfe:
