Das hatte ich nach einer Stunde aufgegeben.

Dann ist Deine Karte wohl sehr langsam (geht normal problemlos).
Mach mal die große Kombination: Flashen wie ohne Nullmodem, Nullmodem trotzdem dran, beim starten der Box die Pfeil-nach-oben Taste der Box festhalten und anschliessend im com-terminal boot net eingeben.

192.168.0.255 ist keine gültige IP-Adresse!
Wenn ich mich nicht irre, ist das doch die IP, die man beim D-Box-Bootmanager einstellen kann (unter D-BOX II IP), stell da mal eine gültige ein!
