Normaly after flashing yadi (since v1.9.02), it starts with an LCD boot menu that automatically starts the "Neutrino" entry after few seconds of no user action. Listen to the serial interface during boot up. Try pressing "OK" on your remote control until a language dialog appears on your tv screen. Network can then be configured.

i have now solved all the above problems (well not all
)...
dbox2 is now running on alexW neutrino (latest snapshot) image.
Now i know that there is something wrong with LCD, so i shut it down in settings.
BUT it only runs becouse some [rescue] process started after that message:
clear failed: Device or resource busy
graphic mode failed: Device or resource busy
is this a special process only in alexW images or can i find it in other images too?? and how to activate it?
Thanks again both for helping me!

Hi,Znida hat geschrieben:is this a special process only in alexW images or can i find it in other images too?? and how to activate it?
as far as i know there is no special process, all images are based on the same tuxbox-cvs. AlexW-Images are rather old because AlexW has retired from the image build process.

I can't remember that i ever seen this before. Also i don't know if this is a part of the tuxbox-cvs or in fact a special AlexW-Tool. He did a lot of patches to his images...Znida hat geschrieben: [rescue] $Id: rescue.cpp,v 1.5 2003/10/28 12:54:55 alexw Exp $

Yes, cool!Znida hat geschrieben:Now the other image worked as well. I typed IP blindly indo Dbox2 and press OK key. Then the booting resumed. Is this why it worked?
Now you can check the ip-address by d-box-key > Einstellungen > Netzwerk
