soll das heissen ,daß der Bootloader hin is ?????????

neeeeee, das heißt, daß der Bootloader (der offensichtlich sehr heil ist) dir sagt, daß das image hin ist
flash halt neu und gut is

Ich versuche schon die ganze Zeit das alexW2xBaseimageV1.6.img

draufzukriegen,aber keine chance (bin definitiv im DEBUG-modus und

XH4 und XH6 sind auch gejumpert)...

genau, nimm die mal bitte ganz schnell wieder raus jetzt, die brauchst du nicht mehr, und deshalb wäre es nicht sinnvoll den Bootloader weiterhin ungeschützt zu lassen.
zu deinem problem beim flashen:

debug: Given up BOOTP/TFTP boot
boot net failed

die netzwerkkarte hat den bootprequest nicht schnell genug beantwortet.
resette die box und halt dabei die pfeil nach oben taste noch 2 sek länger gedrückt. am prompt dbox2:root> tippst dann "boot" oder "boot net" ein, das sollte helfen

Die Jumper nimm' mal lieber schnell wieder 'raus, denn wenn die Box im Debug ist brauchst du die nicht mehr. Es sei denn, Du möchtest doch noch was im Bootblockbereich überschreiben (wohl eher nicht).
Das das weitere Booten nicht hinhaut könnte auch auf Netzwerkprobleme bzw. Konfigurationsprobleme zurückzuführen sein.

ich habe irgendwie das gleiche Problem wie oben beschrieben
ich habe das mit den 2 sekunden länger halten der ^ Taste versucht..

aber leider wenn ich boot net eingebe kommt:

Jetzt müssstest noch zusehen dass das Netzwerk auch irgendwas antwortet.
Also mal die Einstellungen überprüfen.
Ist vielleicht ne Firewall oder nen Virenscanner aktiv?
