Hallo,

nachdem ich fast 7 h (klar, habe ja sonst nichts zu tun) herumprobiert habe, bin ich jetzt wirklich in meinem Latein am Ende.

Ich bekomme die VCR-Steuerung einfach nicht hin.

Ich bekomme immer die Fehlermeldung im Bootlog:

"could not connect to lircd-socket."

Habe mich durch etliche Threats gekämpft, habe die neueste crampfs Version (4.02.03) aufgespielt, nada.

Deshalb hier ein paar kleine Fragen an Euch.

Frage 1: Wie lautet denn jetzt das aktuelle Howto für die VCR Steuerung?

Frage 2: Muss ich die Start-Neutrino Datei modifizieren? (Habe ich gemacht.)

Frage 3: Muss ich einen neuen Ordner anlegen? var/tuxbox/config/lirc

Denn in der Neutrino-Anleitung heißt es:

sieht es aber so aus, als sei gar kein neuer Ordner angelegt worden.

Was stimmt denn nun? Habe sowohl einen neuen Ordner (lirc) angelegt, und die drei Dateien (record.lirc, stop.lirc und lirc.conf) dort eingespielt, und gleichzeitig die drei Dateien in var/tuxbox/config eingespielt. Doppelt gemoppelt hält bekanntlich besser.

Ich habe auch in einem Thread gelesen, dass man in der record.lirc und der stop.lirc vor jedem Befehl den Namen seines Videocekorders eintragen muss.

Auch nada.

Ich habe das Gefühl, ich bin mal wieder der einzig alleinige Bescheuerte hier.


Das muss doch super einfach sein. Was mache ich falsch?

Danke für Eure Mühen, ich hab jetzt fertig, so was grauenhaftes hatte ich lange nicht mehr. Vor allem, weil es sich so wunderbar easy angelesen hat.
Das Beste an den ganzen ist noch dass ich das gar nicht für mich selber mache. Ich nehme wunderbar über den PC auf. Meine Steinzeit-Freunde haben immer noch einen Videorekorder.
