Hallo Leute,
nachdem ich glücklich das Flash Image von Alexw zum Laufen gebracht habe, wollte ich mich mit der Materie etwas näher beschäftigen und habe mal das Yadd Image Alexw vom 21.06.2003 probiert.
Und wieder habe ich das leidige Problem mit der Kanalsuche.
Beim Flash Image ging alles, nachdem ich die UCODE.BIN gelöscht habe.
Beim Yadd habe ich das gleiche probiert - geht aber nix.
Ich habe eine Nokia Kabel-Box mit Avia600 Chip.
Das Bootlog mit Sendersuche ("cable brute force") folgt anschliessend.
Hat einer von den Experten eine Idee, woran es liegen könnte?

nachdem ich wieder mal etwas Zeit habe, hab ich nochmal ein wenig probiert. Der Fehler

liegt wohl an dem Parameter "modulation="6"/>" in der cables.xml. Wenn ich den z.B. auf 3 setze ist der Fehler weg, es werden aber trotzdem keine Kanäle gefunden.

ich hab wieder ein wenig experimentiert und jetzt geht doch die Kanalsuche tatsächlich.
Ich hatte ein Yadd mit dem Kernel 2.4.20 - da ging die Kanalsuche.
Beim Kernel 2.4.22 hatte ich das Problem wie oben beschrieben.
Ich habe nun die VES1820.o aus der 4.20 genommen, mit nem Hex-Editor die Kernelversion auf 4.22 geändert und die Datei ins neue Yadd reinkopiert. Nun den Parameter "6" (siehe oben) aus der cables.xml in 3 geändert und schon geht alles super.
Vielleicht können die Experten mal schauen, was sich da verändert hat, das bei Nokia Kabelboxen eventuell Probleme machen könnte.
