dbox2 startet nicht mehr

hallo,

ich hab ne dbox2 philips mit alexW_1.6.10 und cdk.cramfs vom 22.07.03
nachdem ich ein neues bootlogo mit logoviewer upgeloadet hatte, startet die dbox nicht mehr. es kommt die meldung:
autoboot: 1
loading kernel
und bleibt dann stehen

dbox ist über das netzwerk nicht mehr erreichbar, kein ping, kein ftp zugriff möglich. wie komm ich nun auf die dox, um neu zu flashen. bootmanager mit nullmodem? wenn ja, mit welchen einstellungen?

danke erstmal für die schnelle antwort. habs jetzt mal mit "baseimage mit bootmanager installieren" versucht. hat leider nicht gefunzt. beim versuch "image flashen" spuckt das com-terminal folgendes aus:
