Probleme beim flashen mit dem Programm D-Box Boot

Hallo Jungs. habe folgendes Problem. Nach dem ftp Flash stand im Display "Kein System". Nun möchte ich die DBox mit DBOX BOOT v 3.2.0.354 flashen. Ich habe alles korrekt eingestellt, denke ich mir. Nun zu den Einstellungen.

IP Adresse vom Rechner:

192.168.0.200

Beim Start des Programms steht:

***Adapter Desc: Realtek RTL8029(AS) Ethernet Adapt (Microsoft's Packet Scheduler)
***MAC address: 00:00:B4:9C:38:21 Local IP: 192.168.0.200 (via Packet-Driver #1)

Ist ja auch richtig.


Nun:

Ich habe die Image in einen Ordner kopiert und in 13.img umbenannt und auch den ppcboot File in diesen Ornder reinkopiert.

Jetzt gebe ich der Box Strom und nun wird die Box nicht geflasht sondern kommt diese Meldung im COM-Terminal:

Was hat es zu bedeuten. Was mache ich falsch. Ich habe schon auch ohne Nullmodem ausprobiert, wie in den sämtlichen anleitungen steht. Trotzdem bekomme ich das nicht hin.
