Speicherproblem beim Flashen mit Bootmanager

Hallo,
ich versuche gerade meiner Phillips-Box (Debug-Mode) ein neues Image zu verpassen. Bisher ist es beim Versuch geblieben:

Hat vielleicht jemand ne Idee.
Das Auslesen klappt übrigens auch nicht.
